The part you will play

We are looking for an AI Transformation Lead to drive the next phase of Intrepid’s productivity, automation, and operational excellence journey. This role will own the end-to-end identification, design, and rollout of AI-powered solutions across our e-commerce enablement, marketing and social commerce businesses plus all enabling functions —driving meaningful gains in efficiency, speed, and scalability.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, partnering closely with Operations, Commercial, Customer Support, Finance, and Tech teams. Your mandate is to systematically identify high-impact automation opportunities, translate them into practical, scalable AI solutions and workflows with measurable outcomes, and ensure successful adoption at scale.

This is a hands-on transformation role—combining strategy, consulting, and execution—playing a pivotal role in shaping Intrepid’s enterprise-wide AI adoption and internal productivity roadmap.

As an AI Transformation Lead, you will 

Discovery & Opportunity Assessment

  • Lead structured process discovery workshops across departments (Operations, Commercial, Customer Support, and Finance).
  • Map end-to-end workflows to identify manual, repetitive, error-prone, or time-consuming activities suitable for automation.
  • Quantify baseline metrics including effort, volume, cycle time, error rates, and operational risk.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized AI Automation Opportunity Backlog, factoring in ROI and impact assessments.

AI Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design end-to-end AI solutions, including AI agents and copilots, workflow automations, and intelligent system integrations.
  • Evaluate and implement the most optimal mix of GenAI/LLMs, workflow orchestration, rules engines, and system integrations to address defined business use cases.
  • Leverage platforms and tools such as n8n, Langflow, OpenAI / Gemini agents, internal and external APIs, and internal tech systems to architect end to end solutions. 
  • Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical feasibility and business impact for the identified use cases.

Implementation, Adoption & Scale

  • Run pilots, proactively collect user feedback, iterate quickly, and drive adoption to the focus group to validate business impact before scaling the solution across teams or regions.
  • Collaborate with Tech teams to transition validated use cases into production-grade, scalable solutions for company wide rollout.
  • Drive change management by developing SOP updates, training materials, and enablement sessions to ensure adoption.

Measurement, Governance & Reporting

  • Define and track impact metrics, including: Hours saved, Cost reduction, SLA improvements, Error reduction and User adoption and satisfaction
  • Produce and present monthly AI & Automation Impact Reports to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to AI governance, best practices, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Technical & AI Capabilities

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages and no/low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Langflow etc.).
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, and system integrations.
  • Experience applying AI within e-commerce, retail operations, or marketplace ecosystems.

Consulting, Problem-Solving & Communication

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex operational workflows into actionable solutions.
  • Experience leading stakeholder workshops, conducting interviews, and synthesizing insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and discipline to stay current with emerging AI technologies and apply them into real-world applications.
  • Proven experience building ROI cases and prioritization frameworks.

Preferred Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering measurable impact through consulting, process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
  • Prior exposure to:
    • E-commerce industry, e.g. Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
    • Direct-to-consumer operations
    • Logistics & fulfillment
    • Finance reconciliation and reporting workflows
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-market or regional organizations is a strong plus.
  • Team management experience
