VC Intern

Entourage is seeking a VC Intern to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the venture capital industry and play a significant role in supporting our investment activities.

As a VC Intern, your main responsibilities include:

• Deal Sourcing: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, including startups, market trends, and industry dynamics.
• Due Diligence: Assist with due diligence processes, including researching and analyzing company financials, market potential, competitive landscape, and key industry metrics.
• Investment Evaluation: Help evaluate investment proposals, prepare investment memos, and contribute to investment decision-making discussions.
• Portfolio Support: Work closely with portfolio companies, providing operational and strategic support as needed.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and sectors of interest.
• Networking: Assist with building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.

• We like to see proof points of an entrepreneurial mindset / experience
• Master's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and technology.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as you will have frequent interactions with entrepreneurs, experienced operators, and fellow investors.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
