We currently serve the Dutch market from France, but due to continued growth, it's time to establish a Dutch entity. This will allow us to expand our services and serve our clients even better. To support this exciting development, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic VAT Account Manager to join our «VAT LOVERS team."
Your tasks
As Account Manager management of a foreign portfolio customers and you are responsible for :
• Preparing, drawing up and submitting VAT returns in the Netherlands
• Preparing, drafting and submitting Intrastat declarations in the Netherlands
• Preparing, drafting and submitting ICP declarations in the Netherlands
• Preparing, drafting and submitting AVT and Intrastat declarations in some other EU member States
• Providing administrative and tax support to our clients
• Following up correspondence with tax authorities
What we look for
• Experience : A first successful work experience is required
• Basic knowledge of taxation and/or accounting
• Proficient with Excel
• Dutch speaking
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Independent
• Accurate

Employment terms

Who we are
RM BOULANGER specializes in taxation inside international trade. RMB helps foreign companies with their activities in the European market, in Switzerland and the United Kingdom to develop by taking care of their tax formalities and returns.
The services that RM Boulanger supplies are:
• VAT registration and fiscal representation in all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom,
• Preparation and filing of VAT returns in these countries
• Preparation and submission of Intrastat declarations
• Assistance On customers when preparing accounting statements documents that meet to tax requirements
• Preparation and submission of tax returns, eco -contributions and specific product levies (alcohol, petroleum products, consumer goods, etc.)
• Preparation and filing of CBAM declarations in all EU countries
RMB is a VAT specialist for over 45 years and is known for its professionalism, responsiveness and dedication to customers
The level of specialization in our activities is high, therefore internal training is organized upon arrival and regularly thereafter to develop and maintain expertise
Skills Required
- Relevant work experience (a first successful work experience)
- Basic knowledge of taxation and/or accounting
