Job Description:
Need to have:
5-7 years’ experience as an information architect, interaction designer, or experience designer (or similar role) with web and mobile interfaces
Advanced proficiency in a variety of design tools including Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC
An understanding of iOS and Android interface design and fundamental patterns
A GSD mentality. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds when necessary.
You live and breathe user experience in all aspects of your life.
Passion for quality work with an understanding of how to prioritize and make tradeoffs.
Previous experience working in an Agile shop. You are fluent in scrum methodologies and you're used to working next to a scrum master.
A sense for prioritization and can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization
Nice to Have:
Agency experience
Visual design background and ability to bring wireframes through to visual concepts
Experience and passion for data visualization
Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science or related field. Masters degree preferred
Experience: 6+ years
