Job Description;
- You will conceptualize innovative new applications for pitches, and follow through with teams in Spadeworx and outside to make these a reality. This is an important part of your work; it should absolutely excite you to be able to make something from scratch, for something with no precedent.
- As a UX designer, you will represent the user to all teams involved at Spadeworx. You will be a touch point for both domestic and international clients, and translate their requirements into documentation which will guide all design and development activity.
- You will use your expertise to guide all the teams here through a user centric design and development process.
- You are expected to deliver exceptional visual design, and ensure that this translates to the final product.
- You should be able to provide a formally grounded interaction design solution for a problem.
Technical Requirements:
- Formal training in visual arts or communication design.
- Good grounding in the fundamentals of user experience design, and ability to adapt this knowledge to new cases.
- Basic understanding of User Centric Methodology
Tool sets:
Whichever tools you use, you will need to be absolutely proficient in creating the basic deliverables for your work – information architecture documents, process flows, wireframes and visual designs.
