We're on the hunt for a skilled User Acquisition Manager with previous successful experience in games.
For what tasks?Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns
Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
2+ years in mobile gaming UA
Experience managing paid traffic profitably
Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics
Hands-on work with: Google Ads, Meta, Video Networks. Google Ads, Meta are the main priority.
Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing
Nice to Have
Experience with ad-monetized word/puzzle games (IAA/Hybrid)
Long LTV projects (180+ day payback)
Testing and scaling emerging ad networks
