User Access Review Analyst

User Access Review Analyst
The User Access Review Analyst will be an integral part of the Client Education platform team, focusing on submitting quarterly user access reviews for technology applications managed by in-house application owners. The analyst is responsible for reviewing user access lists for formatting and data requirements, collaborating with application owners to ensure user access lists are complete and formatted correctly, monitoring the corporate Help Desk for newly issued access revocation requests, and tracking access revocation request to completion. This role requires basic data analysis and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with application owners to gather and submit user access lists per application
- Review submitted user lists for compliance with required format
- Partner with application owners to submit user access lists within tight deadlines
- Coordinate and manage user access revocations
- Monitor data submissions to completion
- Coordinate with our application owners and help the process of reviewing 120 access applications on a quarterly basis
- Reaching out to users for the data and gathering information
- Knowing what governance is looking for in these reviews and relaying the correct data
- Approval to upload user lists into the governance tool
- Redactions, filling in required data, organizing and reviewing receipts
- Manual access issue monitoring and manual processing
- Heavy data experience
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal communication skills and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret and organize data into accessible formats (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Develop status reports for user access reviews and access revocation requests
- Experience with SharePoint a plus.
- Experience with Service Now a plus
