Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Digital CMS Implementation & Migration:

The project is specific to the development and implementation of a CMS platform (Episerver) that will support their marketing websites on an enterprise level around the globe. In addition to the set-up development and management of the Episerver application phase two of the project will include the migration of approximately 88 websites from the current environments over to the new global platform utilizing global templates for bout the user experience as well as functional components.

Job Description:

The candidate must be able to design, develop, implement and maintain the architecture to support an enterprise level Episerver platform on which multiple (50-100) web properties will be deployed. The web properties will be global in nature and require localized as well as multilingual implementations.

A qualified team member must be able to develop solutions and architectures that address both the current and anticipated future needs of the business, the Episerver application, and possible technology trends. They are competent to work at the highest technical levels and in all phases of Episerver application development / programming activities and are capable of analyzing existing structures, formulating logic for new systems, devising logic procedures, preparing flowcharts, performing code development and testing/debugging applications. Additionally, they must possess knowledge of common patterns/designs and best practices for data modeling. In short they can demonstrate they have the ability to employ all for the supplemental skills required to design, code, test, debug, and document associated applications.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Must be comfortable with 10-15% travel

Minimum of 3+ years experience with Content Management Systems (Episerver versions 7+ highly preferred but will consider candidates with strong CMS systems experience including Sitecore, Ektron, Adobe CQ5, etc.)

Application installation / Configuration / Environmental Management

Systems Architecture / Workflow designs

Reusable Episerver page templates and block controls

Minimum 5+ years object-oriented analysis, design and development experience

Minimum 5+ years .NET/C# coding experience

Minimum 5+ years SQL

Minimum 3+ MVC4 and WebAPI

Require JS module development

Jquery

Deep understanding of HTML/CSS related to reusability

Advanced data modeling skills

Fundamental object-oriented design skills

Knowledge of web service standards

Database Schema Development and Documentation experience

Knowledge of XML and JSON serialization concepts

Understanding of the technical foundations of a web-based solution

Experience working with multi-site environment and developing and designing components to be shared and used cross-functionally

Translating wireframes into technical specifications

Experience leading and directing a team

Experience mentoring junior developers

Experience working with distributed delivery (offshore) teams

Demonstrated strong written & verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment
