We are looking for a Treasury Manager at Liven.

🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?
  • Own day-to-day treasury operations across multiple legal entities — payments, bank accounts, intercompany transfers and cash positions.

  • Manage international payments: handle SWIFT, SEPA and USD/EUR transactions, investigate issues and work with banks and payment providers to resolve them.

  • Handle bank KYC and compliance requests: prepare explanations and supporting documents covering business activity, source of funds, payment purposes and counterparties.

  • Expand the banking infrastructure: open and administer bank and EMI accounts, coordinate KYC and onboarding, and launch new payment channels.

  • Own liquidity planning: consolidate cash balances and business needs, maintain a weekly liquidity plan and identify potential cash gaps.

  • Build and improve treasury processes through practical controls, templates and more efficient workflows.

  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Accounting and business teams on banking operations, payments and cash management.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in treasury, banking operations or payments within an international company or a finance function supporting multiple legal entities. You understand the full treasury cycle and can manage operations independently.

  • Strong experience with international payments and banking operations, including SWIFT, SEPA and USD/EUR payments. You can investigate delayed or returned transactions and resolve issues directly with banks.

  • Hands-on experience with bank KYC and compliance, including transaction-related queries and periodic reviews. You can prepare explanations and supporting documents around business activity, source of funds, payment purpose, counterparties and corporate structure.

  • Experience opening and administering bank or EMI accounts end-to-end — from documentation and KYC to communication with the provider and account setup.

  • Confident with Excel / Google Sheets and experienced in liquidity planning, cash positions or cash flow data. Comfortable with formulas, lookups, pivot tables and working with large datasets.

  • Upper-Intermediate+ English and confidence communicating independently with international banks and payment providers.

  • Strong ownership and attention to detail: you can work independently, follow issues through to resolution and keep multiple banking and payment processes under control.

🌱 Even Better If You:
  • Built or improved treasury processes and introduced more efficient ways of working.

  • Familiar with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar.

  • Experience with payment providers or EMIs such as Stripe, Adyen, Revolut Business, Wise Business, Airwallex or similar.

  • Exposure to multiple legal entities and jurisdictions and different international banking requirements.

  • Automated finance or treasury processes using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Apps Script or similar tools.

💪🏻What will you enjoy most about being at Liven?
  • Culture of Curiosity: a place for explorers who embrace the unknown and achieve stellar results even when there’s no playbook.

  • Growth through Impact: your professional evolution is directly tied to the value you bring to the product and the business.

  • Global Impact: develop a product that supports the mental well-being of millions of users worldwide every day.

  • Trust and Ownership: the freedom to act, coupled with high responsibility for the outcome.

  • Expert Community: access to professional clubs, specialized training, a knowledge base, and a library for your continuous learning.

  • Space for Focus: autonomous offices in Kyiv and Warsaw with breakfasts, lunches, lounge areas, walking pads, and massage chairs.

  • Sports Community: a running club, yoga, boxing, rock climbing, and functional training to keep you energized.

  • Medical Insurance and a stable social package.

  • Support during the war: we provide conditions for stable work and contribute to Ukraine's recovery together.
