Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional global transition initiatives involving business process changes, operating model shifts, service migrations, and organizational realignment.
- Develop and execute transition strategies, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and external stakeholders to define transition scope, responsibilities, and success measures.
- Drive transition governance through executive updates, decision forums, issue escalation, and progress reporting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and process handoff activities to ensure business continuity and operational effectiveness.
- Validate operational readiness across people, processes, systems, controls, reporting, and support models before implementation.
- Monitor transition execution and stabilization activities to ensure service continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead change management and communication efforts to support organizational readiness and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, business controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze transition outcomes and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in methodologies and governance practices.
- Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams, timelines, milestones, and quality controls.
- Develop project plans, status reports, execution materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Support analysis and reporting activities by translating complex findings into actionable insights.
- Produce and quality-assure deliverables through disciplined review and fact-checking processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives, assumptions, and deliverables.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile (CSM, SAFe), Lean, Six Sigma, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
Work Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience in transition management, business operations, project management, program management, shared services, or related fields.
- English is a must
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, global business transitions in complex environments.
- Experience delivering Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services transitions.
- 4+ years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, project management, or related disciplines.
- Experience managing transition governance, risk management, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical industry operations, commercialization processes, or related healthcare environments preferred.
- Experience supporting evidence generation, HEOR-related initiatives, or data-driven business decision-making preferred.

- Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, governance, execution oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of transition governance, risk management, operational readiness, and change management methodologies.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, commercialization processes, and healthcare business environments.
- Working knowledge of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) concepts and evidence-generation processes.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and analytics used to support business planning and decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and quality review practices.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and performance while managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
