Responsibilities- Assist with basic payroll processing steps
- Support the payroll team in updating employee records
- Take part in tracking attendance and leave
- Learn about payroll systems and compliance requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Finance / Accounting
Required Skills (entry level):
Basic understanding of payroll concepts
Attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Excel
Good communication skills
Tamheer Eligibility Criteria:
1. The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.
2. Must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) website.
3. Must hold a diploma from an accredited technical, health, or administrative institute/college, of no less than one academic year (two semesters).
4. Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a Saudi or foreign university accredited by the Ministry of Education (a certificate equivalency decision must be attached if issued by a foreign university).
5. Must not have prior practical experience in the public or private sector exceeding one year.
6. Must not currently be employed in the public or private sector.
7. Must not be listed on the Fund's "prohibited persons" list.
8. Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program by using both available opportunities within a total of 6 months.
9. Must not be excluded from the Tamheer program.
