We are recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for a Company based in Kennington, London.

You will be working closely with experienced recruitment consultant while you will learn all facets of the recruitment business including sourcing, selection, interview techniques, understanding and managing candidate expectations, interview coaching, new business development, account management, relationship management and negotiation.

What you'll get in return
Competitive commission of 15% and expenses fully paid up to £300 during your training program of 2 - 3 months and a permanent contract upon completion with a basic salary up to £18,000, uncapped commission and other benefits which includes:
- Incentive holidays a year for the highest biller
- Fridays finish at 4 pm, 3 pm in the summer can be arranged
- Quarterly Breakfast Club/team nights out
- £300 additional bonus per month when 50% above target is achieved
