What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Business/System Analyst for Trading Platform Integrations to play a key role in providing clear business and system requirements for various services integrated with trading platforms - MT4, MT5, cTrader, and in-house trading platform. The role will focus on analysing and documenting existing processes, gathering and eliciting business requirements, and ensuring consistent and clear requirements are provided to the development team. The Trading Platform Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Development team, ensuring that all integration services meet business needs. It requires a clear understanding of how trading platforms are working and how they integrate with the rest of the broker eco-system – client area, website, back office system, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements Gathering and Elicitation

• Work with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, vendors, other squads and the development team to understand system requirements for different integration services.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements from various stakeholders.
• Constantly identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Technical Lead, other squads, Trading Desk and Risk teams, Developers and vendors to design business flow and system solutions for various integration services.
• Ensure the system boundaries are clearly defined.

Documentation

• Document and update AS IS state of the services. Understand TO BE and changes required.
• Document requirements, business processes and flow diagrams, data mapping across different trading platforms.
• Maintain a good knowledge base to help other teams to collaborate with the platform integration team more effectively.
•  Create guides and user manuals for stakeholders if needed.

Testing & Validation

• Participate in system testing, UAT, and stakeholders validation.
•  Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and compliance are followed across all integration projects.
• Address any potential issues that are not aligned with the business process defined.

Stakeholder Communication & Change Management

• Act as the liaison between business teams, vendors and technical teams.
• Help development team to provide better estimation by clarifying requirements and uncertainties.
• Organize stakeholder presentations and ensure business stakeholders are happy with proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business/System Analyst working with trading platforms integrations – plugins, middleware services or similar backend services.
•  Experience in working with trading platforms – mt4, mt5, ctrader
• Clear understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases.
•  Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid Model – 3 days from the Office, 2 days from Home)
