Job Description- Manage daily reconciliation and confirmation process of financial transactions (e.g. foreign exchange, commodity swap and option), liaise with counterparties to ensure the proper deal lifecycle
- Participate in reconciliation, clearing and settlement processes of daily energy exchange transactions
- Manage daily collateral management process, monitor daily exposure and validate daily margin calls with counterparties
- Identify and escalate any issues or risk require further supervision or assistance
- Prepare daily internal reports of collaterals
- Contribute to daily EMIR reporting process of financial trades to the authority
- Maintain static data in the system
- Cooperate with Front Office, Credit Risk, Legal, Treasury and Accounting teams
- Support cashflow planning activities
- Support system and reporting developments, and participate in various projects
- BSc degree, preferably in economics or business administration and management
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy and attention to details
- Strong self-organization, time management and prioritization skill with ability to work as part of a team
