Trade Representative

Community development. Financial inclusion. Social change. Social upliftment. These are the principal tenets that drive the development of lov.cash for the benefit of the informal sector in South Africa and Africa.

lov.cash aims to improve and uplift the informal communities by keeping money local, by creating localised employment at a community level and by removing unnecessary costs and financial hurdles from traders and consumers.

We are looking for a team of highly motivated Trade Representatives to help us grow lov.cash and have a significant impact on driving community development, financial inclusion, social change and social upliftment.

In this role, you will be required to;

• Sign up and onboard businesses in your area.
• Educate business owners and staff on how to effectively implement lov.cash and use our product to its full potential.
• Sign up and onboard consumers
• Educate customers on how to use lov.cash and encourage them to transact more frequently in the businesses who are onboarded.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications, skills and experience;

• Experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG sector
• Be in possession of a valid driver's license. This is preferable, but not essential.
• Ideally, you should be located in one of the areas we are looking to grow our business.
• Minimum qualification: Grade 11
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
• You should be confident and motivated by reaching sales targets.
• You should have good problem solving skills.
• You should have an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to educate and persuade business owners and customers to sign up to lov.cash.
• You should have the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• You should have excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your work based on reaching your targets.
• You should have a strong familiarity with smartphones as well as good computer skills.
• You should be passionate about customer service.

At lov.cash, you will earn a basic salary and have the opportunity to earn great commission for reaching your targets.
