Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to potential buyers.
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the benefits of each vehicle.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current on inventory and market trends to inform customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare and process sales paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in used car sales.
