Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote our travel packages and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
- Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, pricing, and promotions to clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through online inquiries and other channels to convert them into sales.
- Utilize social media platforms and our travel community to enhance outreach and drive sales leads.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve service offerings and contribute to product development.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
