Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for talking to potential users on the phone to sell VUZ subscriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Track user contact lists, contact user, explain the features of VUZ and take payment information (Direct Carrier Billing, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay Links)
- Call 200 users per day and build relationships with potential users
- Send intro emails and follow up emails to acquire potential users
- Support users with using the app and “the know how to” and answer the users questions about the app
- Obtain users information such as name and address for shipping and delivering giveaways
- Maintain records of users details and contacts
- Keep track of users that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
Requirements:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
