What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Technology Operations Manager to support the effective operation, governance, coordination, and continuous improvement of our wider Technology organisation.

The role will work across Technology functions (Development, Product, QA, Delivery, IT, Security, Data), providing central operational support and ensuring that key processes, reporting, documentation, team activities, and management actions are consistently coordinated and followed through. The Technology Operations Manager will work closely with Technology leadership and functional managers to improve visibility, consistency, organisational discipline, and operational efficiency across the department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Maintain and improve operational governance, standards, templates, and processes across the Technology organisation.
• Coordinate regular management reporting across Product, Engineering, QA, Delivery, Data, Cloud, Security, IT, and other Technology functions.
• Maintain consolidated visibility of major initiatives, risks, blockers, dependencies, resource needs, hiring, and key management actions.
• Ensure Product governance across Jira, Confluence, Product KPIs, templates, and documentation standards is consistently followed.
• Track governance gaps, incomplete information, and overdue actions and follow up with relevant owners.
• Coordinate onboarding for new Technology employees, including onboarding plans, stakeholder introductions, required documentation, access follow-ups, and 30/60/90-day plans.
• Support administration of probation reviews, performance-review cycles, KPI cycles, and promotion processes.
• Coordinate hiring activities, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment-status tracking with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain Technology organisation charts, reporting lines, vacancies, team structures, skills matrices, and resource information.
• Support management with workforce-planning, capacity, and organisational visibility.
• Coordinate department training plans and track agreed development actions.
• Maintain a central Technology calendar covering key releases, planning cycles, reviews, onboarding, training, major initiatives, and operational deadlines.
• Coordinate important internal Technology communications, reminders, management updates, and department announcements.
• Maintain central tracking of management actions, owners, deadlines, and status.
• Escalate recurring operational, governance, or administration gaps where required.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise recurring operational activities.
• Reduce manual administration and reporting through improved processes, dashboards, tooling, and automation.
• Support Technology leadership in continuously improving the department operating model.

Qualifications:

• 4–6+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, PMO, Delivery Operations, Team Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working within a Technology, Software, Fintech, Financial Services, or other fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple technical and business functions.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with governance, management reporting, KPI tracking, workforce coordination, or operational processes.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment, performance cycles, training, or resource planning.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, workflow automation, or process optimisation is highly desirable.
• Experience within fintech, financial services, or another regulated technology environment would be an advantage.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid Model; 3 days from the office, 2 days from home)
