Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Continuous Learning:

· Design and impart targeted interview prep training programs for associates.

· Conduct technology training sessions for our staging associates in Java, Python, .NET, SQL, Angular, React, JavaScript, and more.

· Perform technical screenings of HTD/Experienced hires to assess their technical competencies.

EIB Support:

· Assist EIBs with tech support cases, focusing on skill and performance improvement.

· Plan and execute skill improvement programs under the guidance of the Director of Technology, ensuring clear outcomes within set timelines.

Technical Skills Required:

· Proficiency in Java /Python/C#, Angular/ React/ JavaScript.

· Strong knowledge of Data Structures. Good in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.

· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

· Working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/ Azure/ GCP.

· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis tools.

· Understanding of adult learning principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Knowledge of API development and management.

· Proficiency in PowerPoint / Excel is an added advantage.

· Quick learner and strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively across teams.

· Problem-solving ability and adaptability.

· Basic project management skills.

· Mentoring and coaching skills, with a focus on professional growth.

Educational and Certification Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Relevant certifications in Java, Python, .NET, Cloud Technologies, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or related areas are highly desirable.
