Technology Alliances Manager

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will build and manage strategic technology partnerships with complementary vendors across the cyber and AI industry, including partners who may simultaneously be competitors in other areas (co-opetition). The role requires active engagement in international forums, industry initiatives, and communities in the cyber and AI space, strong internal organizational navigation, close collaboration with Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams, and solid technical understanding of both domains. 

• Identify, assess, and develop partnerships across the cyber and AI ecosystem, including technology vendors, government stakeholders, and international organizations, based on shared interests, technological fit, and strategic and business potential. 
• Own the full partnership lifecycle, from scouting and shaping collaboration frameworks through contracting, onboarding, and ongoing development, including partnerships with vendors that may also compete in certain areas (co-opetition). 
• Work cross-functionally with internal and partner teams to define joint use cases and drive integrations, and joint solutions, with clear objectives, owners, and milestones. Coordinate execution and resolve blockers to keep initiatives moving forward. 
• Develop joint value propositions and identify go-to-market opportunities arising from technology partnerships, shaping the collaboration model and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and partners to bring these opportunities to market. 
• Represent the company in relevant international forums, industry initiatives and professional communities to strengthen relationships and visibility. Maintain an ecosystem map and translate technology, market, and regulatory insights into actionable partnership opportunities. 
•  Track progress against partnership objectives and milestones, and prepare concise updates and recommendations to inform priorities and next steps. 

• 3+ years of experience in technology alliances, strategic partnerships/business development at AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology companies. 
• Proven experience building and managing technology partnerships and translating partner relationships into concrete initiatives, such as integrations, joint solutions, or go-to-market activities. 
• Solid understanding of the AI and cybersecurity landscape, with the technical fluency to identify integration opportunities, discuss joint use cases, and work effectively with Product and engineering teams. 
• Proactive self-starter who can prioritize competing demands, manage time and multiple partner workstreams, and drive initiatives forward with limited supervision. 
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build internal trust, align priorities, and move initiatives forward across teams without direct authority. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and international partners. 
• Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English for ongoing work with international partners and organizations. Other languages are a plus. 
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
