About the Role
We are seeking technically skilled Technical Support and Telecommunication Professionals to provide first-line support and ensure smooth operation of systems and communication networks.
You will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain systems uptime, and support internal users to ensure reliable IT and communication services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware, software, and network support to end-users.
- Maintain and troubleshoot telecommunication and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for upgrades or maintenance.
- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of service requests.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT or telecom support.
- Knowledge of network protocols, cabling, and communication systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
