Job DescriptionSomeone who has done only Technical Recruitment for Big brand companies.
As a Technical Sourcer you will join our team and be tasked with enhancing our organization's ability to profile, isolate, attract, assess, and convert highly-talented, elusive, and experienced software engineers and engineering leaders into "qualified candidates”. You will partner with recruiting business partners and leaders in our client groups by performing strategic research and data-driven sourcing activities leading to senior-level talent.
You will act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and customer relationship management. You will also be required to develop a broad and deep knowledge of the technologies currently in use by our client teams.

Skills Required
- Experience in technical recruitment, preferably for large/brand-name companies.
- Proven success sourcing senior-level software engineers and engineering leaders.
- Expertise with prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval and data extraction.
- Experience with web-scraping and related sourcing automation techniques.
- Experience with CRM systems for candidate tracking and relationship management.
- Experience implementing process automation and continuous process improvement in sourcing workflows.
- Ability to perform strategic research and data-driven sourcing.
- Willingness to develop deep knowledge of client technologies and tech stacks.
