Phase 2 seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead software development teams alongside our Lead Consultant and Technical Leads. This is a remote-first hybrid position for Oklahoma City-based candidates.
Responsibilities | How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Driving software delivery by serving the engineering team
- Facilitating internal and external team meetings (daily stand-ups, biweekly planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
- Managerial oversight of team timesheets, invoice preparations, and client budget projections
- Collaborating with clients, sub-contractors, internal teams, partner teams, and executives
- Removing obstacles that impede team and release progress
- Maintaining regular client reporting of budget projections, release timelines, and risk logs
- Coaching teams to improve our software development best practices
- Ensuring meetings are productive, prepared with an agenda, and meaningful notes are recorded
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Release management facilitation

Skills Required

- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google G Suite
- Passion for continuous improvement and coaching teams
- Willingness/ability to work in a remote-first hybrid arrangement for Oklahoma City-based candidates
