We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to work directly with our Head of Deployment to drive execution across our most critical customer deployments. You will operate at the center of complex engineering programs to coordinate AI, robotics, hardware, operations, and customer teams to move our systems from prototype to real-world production.
What You'll DoPartner directly with the Head of Deployment to drive end-to-end execution of customer deployments.
Own cross-functional programs spanning robotics software, AI, hardware, infrastructure, operations, and customer success.
Coordinate engineering milestones across multiple teams and ensure critical dependencies stay on track.
Drive site readiness, including integration planning, testing, validation, site logistics, and launch execution.
Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate technical requirements, report progress, and manage timelines.
Identify execution risks early and work across engineering teams to resolve technical and operational blockers.
Build scalable processes for deployment planning, release management, and customer onboarding.
Define how Genesis deploys and scales physical AI and robotics systems across diverse customer environments.
5+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or product operations for complex hardware/software platforms.
Technical depth to comfortably navigate technical discussions with software engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers.
Track record of leading cross-functional engineering programs from early planning through production rollout.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to align distributed engineering teams, leadership, and external enterprise stakeholders.
Strong systems thinking with a habit of bringing structure to ambiguous operational problems.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed to support critical deployment milestones.
Bonus: Direct experience deploying robotics or autonomous systems into real-world environments.
Bonus: Technical background in autonomy, perception, controls, simulation, machine learning, or field engineering.
