Leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership to guide cutting-edge projects, fostering growth and innovation in a dynamic environment.
As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Risk Technology's Strategy team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Few roles let you shape how more than 1,200 technologists work as AI changes software delivery. Risk Technology builds and runs the platforms the firm uses to measure, monitor, and manage risk, with teams across the globe. The Strategy team sets the direction for the group: how we organize, how we deliver, and how we invest in the capabilities that make us faster and more efficient.
This is a Vice President role based in London, in a small, focused team that works directly with the Risk Technology leadership team. You will lead through influence across the whole organization. Your first priority will be our Ways of Working program, which changes how our teams deliver now that AI is part of everyday engineering. We aim to move the majority of the organization within the first 6 to 9 months, then embed the change across the remaining teams. As the program embeds, you will take on a wider portfolio of capability building, efficiency, and operating frameworks. The role suits someone who works from data, uses AI in their own work, and can be trusted to set direction and drive decisions with senior leaders.
