Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned product lines and their applications
- Provide technical support to the sales team and directly engage with customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with Product Managers on quality issues, product development, marketing content, and ERP data
- Train and motivate the sales force on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Work cross-functionally with departments like Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing
- Assist in identifying new applications and market opportunities.

- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
