Job Description

What you will do

As Technical Manager you are part of further growing our Methodology & Analytics team and business in the US and across the globe. The global M&A team is SKIMs most technical team offering expertise on complex methods, with Conjoint being the most important one (but also think of methods like driver analysis, segmentation, journey modelling). Imagine yourself working on:

  • 50% - Consulting and helping our internal teams execute complex market research studies from initial proposal to client presentation (building conjoint designs, guide survey creation, build interfaces to present results to clients, model data in R/Stan/Sawtooth/other)
  • 25% - Guiding and training colleagues in methodology and analytics through giving training and other knowledge sharing
  • 25% - Work on internal innovation projects to improve the products and solutions we offer to our clients

Qualifications

Desired skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science)
  • At least 4 years of experience in Market Research projects that include choice-based conjoint design, analysis, and data modelling
  • Passion for Analytics
  • Experience with either Excel, R, VB, Python or Sawtooth
