Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pre-sales technical team, technical coordinators, and design engineers across multiple projects
- Drive the development of CNC-based solutions for metal fabrication, aluminum system processing, and automotive production lines
- Engage directly with customers to understand production requirements, cycle times, material specifications, and automation needs
- Define and optimize full production line layouts, including cutting, forming, machining, welding, and finishing processes
- Translate customer requirements into technically feasible, efficient, and scalable solutions
- Lead technical negotiations with customers, ensuring alignment on specifications, performance, and commercial expectations
- Coordinate with international suppliers to evaluate and select the most suitable machines and technologies
- Negotiate technical configurations, customization scope, delivery timelines, and performance criteria with suppliers
- Review and approve engineering designs, layout drawings, and machine integration plans
- Ensure compatibility and seamless integration of CNC machines within automated production lines, including robotics and material handling systems
- Drive cost optimization through value engineering, standardization, and efficient system design
- Support the sales team with technical presentations, proposals, and solution justifications
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive technical proposals and documentation
- Provide technical support during project execution, installation, and commissioning phases when required
- Establish best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial
Engineering
- 5–10+ years of experience in CNC machinery, metal/aluminum
systems fabrication, or automotive manufacturing
- Good command of the Chinese language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven
environment
