Job Description

  1. Perform gap analysis, solution mapping and PLM system configurations (Expressions, XML, JavaScript, TypeScript).
  2. Perform pre-go live data load and data import to PLM system.
  3. Prepare documentation for system integration and work with customer to troubleshoot system integration issues between PLM system and customer systems such as ERP.
  4. Support day-to-day troubleshooting, UAT and system implementation for multiple projects.

** On the job training will be provided as part of the onboarding process.

Academic Background

  1. Degree holder in a Computing related discipline such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, other Engineering disciplines etc. Or Degree in Business Systems
  2. System modelling skills (such as UML)
  3. Project Management certification desirable (not compulsory)

Experience

  1. Years of experience: 3+ years
  2. Consulting background and customer-facing skills
  3. Domain knowledge in one or more below areas an added advantage
    1. Apparel, Footwear, Fashion, Retail, Manufacturing, Foot and Beverage, Beauty
  4. System Implementation and technology experience
    1. Understanding the system implementation process
    2. Experience in Agile deployment methodology desirable
    3. Understanding of infrastructure and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS) and familiar with SaaS model
    4. Product life cycle (PLM) experience is an added advantage
  5. Familiar with system modelling (familiarity with UML an added advantage)
    1. For use case analysis, solution mapping and design.
  6. Technical skills for software package configurations, such as:
    1. Experience in pseudo-code/regular expression,
    2. Experience in XML and JavaScript / Typescript
    3. Experience in SQL (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
    4. Experience in REST API an added advantage
  7. Technical aptitude, proven self-learning skills and a desire to sharpen technical skill sets

Personality

  1. Entrepreneurial mindset (able to self-manage, have proven self-learning skills, self-starter with a can-do attitude)
  2. Able to be independent, but also work well in a team
  3. Detail oriented, ability to think on their feet with a strong analytical mind
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills
