We are looking for an analytical and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate should have an interest in understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Work closely with Development, QA, and Business teams.
Understand business workflows and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and requirement discussions.
Maintain project documentation and assist in resolving functional issues.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of Business Analysis and SDLC.
Knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation.
Understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD, and FRD.
Basic SQL and database knowledge.
Strong analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn technical concepts and business processes.
Good to Have:
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, and system integrations.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum and functional testing.
Academic projects or internship experience related to technology or business analysis.

- Basic understanding of programming concepts
- Academic projects or exposure to business analysis, software applications, requirements gathering, databases, or technology projects
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office five days per week
