Job DescriptionSupport live M&A transactions. In collaboration with our Vienna-based team (1 partner + 1 VP + 1 Associate), you will help develop Information Memoranda for clients, conduct industry and company research and support transaction processes
Originate M&A opportunities. You will identify and contact potential Acuity clients through a series of agile outbound campaigns, in collaboration with our London-based team. You will also support sales pitches for new transaction opportunities
Qualifications- Education: bachelor´s degree in a scientific field (computer science, electrical engineering, etc.) or in finance or economics; international exchanges and previous internship experiences are a plus
- Strong quantitative skills; attention to detail; ability to learn quickly, to prioritise and to meet deadlines; initiative and drive
- Interest in the technology sector
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint
- Full time (38.5 hours per week)
- Commitment for minimum 3-6 months
- Flexibility to travel internationally (primarily DACH) post COVID
- Remuneration: € 2.000 gross per month
- Office in 1010 Vienna, U-Bahn Stephansplatz
