As a Tax Operations Transformation - Manager you will lead client support work within our Tax Services practice, helping clients refine tax reporting strategies, interpret tax requirements, and manage compliance-focused deliverables. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, coach team members on their work, and take ownership of planning, execution, and issue resolution across client engagements. In this role at PwC, you will guide workstreams that connect tax reporting strategy with operational transformation, use technology to improve delivery, and help the team respond to shifting client needs with clear judgment and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Leading tax transformation workstreams focused on reporting strategy, compliance, and process improvement
- Managing client-facing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple engagements
- Advising on tax accounting, tax reporting, and financial statement analysis to address complex reporting requirements
- Reviewing financial data and tax documentation to identify risks, inconsistencies, and reporting opportunities
- Guiding teams in developing tax return, tax governance, and tax research processes that align with applicable regulations
- Coaching team members on technical tax work, review feedback, and development of analytical skills
- Applying digital tooling and AI-enabled methods to improve workflow efficiency and data interpretation
- Coordinating with finance and tax stakeholders to translate regulatory changes into practical reporting actions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
