Wir suchen derzeit einen hoch motivierten Tax Manager (M/W/D) zur Verstärkung unseres Steuerteams in Berlin. Hauptaufgaben

  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Verrechnungspreisdokumentationen (Local File, Master File) sowie Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des globalen Transfer-Pricing-Frameworks und interner Richtlinien

  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Abbildung und Dokumentation von Intercompany-Transaktionen (z. B. Reseller-Agreements, Cost+‑Verträge)

  • Analyse und Umsetzung von Ergebnissen aus Betriebsprüfungen, einschließlich Ableitung und Implementierung notwendiger Prozess‑ und Richtlinienanpassungen im Bereich grenzüberschreitender Sachverhalte

  • Koordination der fristgerechten Erstellung ausländischer Steuererklärungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Melde- und Dokumentationspflichten

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung nationaler Ertragssteuererklärungen und bei der Berechnung laufender sowie latenter Steuern

  • Planung und Mitwirkung an Projekten zur digitalen Weiterentwicklung der Steuerfunktion und steuerrelevanter Prozesse

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Wirtschafts -oder Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Eine abgelegte Steuerberaterprüfung ist wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder in der Steuerabteilung eines international tätigen Konzerns

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht sowie idealerweise im Bereich Verrechnungspreise und Intercompany Geschäfte

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Principle duties and essential functions

  • Support in the preparation and updating of transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File) and contribute to the further development of the global transfer pricing framework and internal guidelines

  • Ensure accurate recording and documentation of intercompany transactions (e.g., reseller agreements, cost-plus arrangements)

  • Analyze and implement findings from tax audits, including the derivation and execution of required process and policy adjustments relating to cross‑border matters

  • Coordinate the timely preparation of foreign tax returns and ensure compliance with all related reporting and filing obligations

  • Support the preparation of national corporate income tax returns and the calculation of current and deferred taxes

  • Plan and contribute to projects aimed at the digital transformation and continuous improvement of the tax function

Knowledge and experience required 

  • University degree in business administration, economics, law or a comparable qualification

  • Passing the German tax advisor exam (Steuerberater*in) is an advantage but not mandatory

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained at a public accounting firm or within the tax department of an internationally operating company

  • Solid knowledge of domestic and international tax law, ideally including experience with transfer pricing or intercompany matters

  • Fluent and confident command of German and English, both written and spoken

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with an organized and proactive working style
