Wir suchen derzeit einen hoch motivierten Tax Manager (M/W/D) zur Verstärkung unseres Steuerteams in München. Hauptaufgaben

  • Leitung der Erstellung deutscher Körperschaftsteuererklärungen sowie die Berechnung laufender und latenter Steuern für die Finanzberichterstattung nach IFRS- und HGB-Standards.

  • Koordination mit internen Finanzteams und externen Dienstleistern zur fristgerechten Erstellung von Steuererklärungen ausländischer Tochtergesellschaften und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller entsprechenden Reporting- und Erklärungspflichten.

  • Analyse der Ergebnisse von Steuerprüfungen sowie Umsetzung erforderlicher Prozessverbesserungen und Richtlinienanpassungen, insbesondere im grenzüberschreitenden Bereich.

  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zu externen Dienstleistern für die Verrechnungspreisdokumentation (Local File und Master File), Sicherstellung hochwertiger Arbeitsergebnisse sowie Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des globalen Verrechnungspreissystems.

  • Sicherstellung der zutreffenden Erfassung und Dokumentation von Intercompany-Transaktionen (z. B. Reseller-Vereinbarungen, Cost-Plus-Modelle).

  • Planung und Mitwirkung an Projekten zur digitalen Transformation und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Steuerfunktion.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Das Bestehen des Steuerberaterexamens ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder in der Steuerabteilung eines international tätigen Unternehmens.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Bereich Verrechnungspreise und Intercompany-Themen.

  • Fließende und sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager (M/F/D) to strengthen our Tax team in Munich. If you are interested in becoming part of a growing company driven by innovation and focused on building the future together with our employees, we encourage you to apply.

Principle duties and essential functions

  • Lead the preparation of German corporate income tax returns as well as the calculation of current and deferred taxes for financial reporting under IFRS and HGB accounting standards.

  • Coordinate with internal finance teams and external services providers for the timely preparation of foreign subsidiaries tax returns and ensure compliance with all related reporting and filing obligations.

  • Ensure accurate recording and documentation of intercompany transactions (e.g., reseller agreements, cost-plus arrangements).

  • Plan and contribute to projects aimed at the digital transformation and continuous improvement of the tax function.

  • Analyze outcomes of tax audits and drive the implementation of required process improvements and policy updates, particularly in cross-border matters.

  • Act as the key interface to external service providers for transfer pricing documentation (Local File and Master File), ensuring high-quality deliverables and supporting the continuous development of the global transfer pricing framework

Knowledge and experience required 

  • University degree in business administration, economics, law or a comparable qualification. Passing the German tax advisor exam (Steuerberater*in) is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • At least 7 years of professional experience, ideally gained at a public accounting firm or within the tax department of an internationally operating company.

  • Solid knowledge of domestic and international tax law, ideally including experience with transfer pricing and intercompany matters.

  • Fluent and confident command of German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with an organized and proactive working style.
