Job Description:  

The client is seeking to fill a contract position of Client & Engagement Solution Lead within the Technology Department. This role will focus on Business Transformation, Business Process Optimization and Solution for the office of the CTO. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

As a Business Process Transformation Lead, candidate is expected to help the customer build and integrate client and engagement strategy, process, technology, and information to build effective solution with best industry practices, user experience and business value. Strong experience in Professional Services Domain. In depth understanding of Client, Opportunity, Pricing, Budgeting, Engagement Forecasting and Resource Management domain. Business and Enterprise Architecture knowledge across various platforms like Salesforce, IntApp, S4 HANA, Service Now and other SaaS based solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall Business workshop design, setup, and execution on topics of Pricing, Forecasting, Resource Management, and impacted areas.
  • Driving Business Process and Design Thinking workshops to discover the user pain points and problems. Establish Process Benchmarks.
  • Building framework for Process validations and experience by personas in client management business processes.
  • Establishing understanding of downstream and upstream integration impacts with the process scope.
  • Enabling the industry standard process adoptions. Developing communications tailored to specific audiences.
  • Analyzing data to support conclusions and strategies, and design organizations.
  • Developing stakeholder maps and supporting administrative aspects of transformation initiatives 
  • Work with various process and technology teams to build process flows, gaps, and business challenges.
  • Deliver Outcomes of the overall design thinking and assessment process including Future User Journeys, roadmap, Ux Design, wireframes, Product Backlog, and platform recommendations.
  • Work with Business Engagement Lead, Service Lines and Finance Team to understand and optimize the process using Automations and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ability to design and deliver integrated solution with industry best practices of various cloud-based solutions.
  • Good understanding of customer, engagement, project, pricing, and resourcing data.
  • This Role is expected to provide the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed solution architecture and implementation of CRM processes.
  • Work closely with business leadership to design and deliver best in class solution.
  • Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or engineering.
  • Experienced in delivering and supporting in large scale business transformation for Lead, Client, Opportunity, Pricing, Resource Management solutions.
  • Experience in professional services industry with business transformation and full life cycle implementation for Client to Contract and Lead to Opportunity and Engagement Management solutions.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in application delivery in professional services and accounting industry.
  • Extensive experience in business process reimagination and conducting workshops.
  • Excellent understanding of market leading solutions in client and engagement management, pricing, forecasting and resource management solutions.
  • Good Process knowledge of different functional areas client and engagement lifecycle.
  • Outstanding Ability of driving workshops to standard processes and documenting business requirements.
  • Clarify meaning and intent of requirements. Ability to question custom requirements and providing view on alternate standard solution.
  • Should be master in Functional Architecture Design Analysis.
  • Exposure and ability to drive change to all the levels of organizations.
  • Understanding of how to overcome hurdles in complex situations.
  • Transferable soft and hard skills
