Requirements
  • Stellar interpersonal skills; ability to be fiercely protective of a talent while maintaining excellent professional relationships with partners. 

  • Deep understanding of entertainment, digital media or sports trends, contract laws and industry standards. 

  • Exceptional ability to pitch talent and close complex financial deals. 

  • Network extensively with casting directors, producers, brand managers and corporate executives to keep talents on top-of-mind. 

  • Strategic career architect for their talents. 

  • Securer of lucrative brand deals.

  • Manager of the talent’s daily calendar, schedules, travel, public relations, shoots and growth opportunities.

  • Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills and ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects/campaigns and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Should have a strong understanding of the latest trends of the industry.

  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.






What you will do at ticked:



  • Manage creators, their operations/campaigns in a 360 degree form.

  • Coordinate between the talent and other team members.

  • Develop short-term and long-term career roadmaps.

  • Advise talents on project selection (scripts, brand deals, contracts etc.) based on their brand alignment and personal goals. 

  • Scout, pitch and secure business opportunities, sponsorships, and endorsements. 

  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, fees etc. to ensure the talent’s best financial and legal interests are protected. 

  • Act as the gatekeeper for all incoming inquiries to filter out low-value requests. 

  • Guide talents in brand associations, positioning and marketing implementation. 

  • Identify and build relationships with prominent brand personnel, influencers and thought leaders.

  • Brainstorm new creative approach to campaigns for upscaling the creators.

  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels in the creator’s favour.

  • Oversee the talent's public relations strategy to build a positive and highly marketable public image. 

  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.

  • Ideate Intellectual Properties for talents specifically curated for brand/tourism boards etc. to run across digital platforms. 

  • Plan offline activations for talents in association with other brands and their integration online. 

  • Reporting and tracking of results through the brand campaigns and other activities.

  • Participate in business development presentations and meetings as appropriate. 

  • Assist in crisis management and damage control if public relations issues arise. 

  • May include other duties as assigned.


Primary Focus Maximizing each talent's career, profile and revenue. 


Success Metric Client revenue, brand reach and high-profile projects.
