About the RoleWorking within established systems and processes, you'll connect with individuals who have expressed interest in personal and professional development, guide them through an initial information process, and support them as they take their next steps.
You'll also participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate within a supportive global community.
What You'll Be DoingEngaging with inbound enquiries through digital platforms.
Conducting structured introductory conversations via phone or Zoom.
Providing accurate information using established systems and processes.
Supporting individuals through the initial stages of their journey.
Participating in ongoing learning and professional development.
What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, client success, business development, sales or another professional client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Comfortable using online communication tools including Zoom and CRM systems.
An interest in ongoing personal and professional development.
Working StructureThis is a remote, independent contractor arrangement with flexible, self-managed working hours.

CompensationThis role operates on a performance-based earnings model.
