About the Role
This is a full-time, temporary position with a planned end date of March 31st.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about building high-performing, mission-aligned teams of client-centered clinicians dedicated to driving exceptional client outcomes.
As part of our Operations Team, you’ll partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) who share our vision of creating a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. You’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, guiding them through an outstanding candidate experience, and closing. You’ll play a key role in helping scale Two Chairs during an exciting phase of growth.
Core Areas of Responsibility
- Recruit with impact: Meet individual KPIs by managing full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with our values.
- Be the voice of Two Chairs: Share our unique mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our employment brand.
- Drive strategy: Source creatively, re-engage past candidates, and refine processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year recruiting for independently licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
- Experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Comfort using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
- Ability to leverage business acumen, and analyze and interpret data to inform your decisions
Compensation and Benefits:
The offer range is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $75,000 - $94,000.
