- Bachelor’s degree OR at least 4 years of experience relevant to a technical function being supported within the designated assigned Group per Tab C Skills Matrix
- Ability to develop well documented, actionable, measurable, testable, traceable requirements supporting Sponsor development activities
- Demonstrated experience in applying critical thinking to analyzing technical projects and programs to identify technical risks that may impact successful delivery of a developed capability
- Demonstrated experience in developing Concept of Operations diagrams using industry best practices by meeting with project stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in forecasting technologies and products related to the advancement of the Sponsors mission area
- Demonstrated experience in providing independent assessment of projects regarding technical risk and suggest potential improvement on technical functionality
- Must have TS/SCI W/Poly
• At least 5 years of experience relevant to a technical function being supported within the designated assigned Group per Tab C Skills Matrix
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing essential program management processes, to include requirements resources, schedules, configuration and risk management processes
Target salary range: $100,000 - $142,000.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or at least four years of relevant technical-function experience
- Ability to develop well-documented, actionable, measurable, testable, and traceable requirements
- Experience analyzing technical projects and programs to identify delivery risks
- Experience developing Concept of Operations diagrams using industry best practices and stakeholder input
- Experience forecasting technologies and products related to the sponsor's mission area
- Experience providing independent technical risk assessments and recommending functional improvements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- At least five years of relevant technical-function experience
- Experience developing and implementing program management processes for requirements, resources, schedules, configuration, and risk management
