SYSTEM SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SME

**This position is eligible for up to a 30k sign on bonus**

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a System Software Developer SME, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of NIGHTRAVEN program. You will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented engineers for our customer.
● Lead/Manage/Support sprints, testing, release documentation, coordinate with customer lead, and tasking for team members.
● Collaborate with PMO, customer lead(s) and team members.
● Drive innovation and efficiency
● Utilize Jira, Jenkins, Docker and other devOps tools
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Software Developer SME must have:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Experience: 10+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: SCRUM management, Docker and other devOps tools, Git, Jenkins, Nexus

● Preferred working knowledge of Cypress software testing

● Working knowledge of: Angular, Springboot, Java, JavaScript, Linux operating systems (Rocky and RedHat)

● Security clearance level: TS//SCI Full scope with the DoW customer
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Strong communication skills both verbal and written, manage sprints, coordinate sprint backlog, facilitate test environment, manage release candidates, EOTR,

The likely salary range for this position is $186,575 - $252,425. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
