Job Description- Analyze and determine the functional and technical specifications needed to upgrade and enhance existing systems.
- Configure, maintain, upgrade, and manage computer servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Create and design comprehensive reports that analyze system results for the management team and business units.
- Document the implementation procedures for full lifecycle projects involving system applications.
- Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Oversee programming tasks, ensuring code quality and adherence to project requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all software development and testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during system upgrades and enhancements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, implementing necessary changes and upgrades.
These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
