As a System Administrator in Acqueon you will….

    • Understand the nature of the issues the customer is facing and provide adequate solutions for the same
    • Manage & Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
    • Respond to customer queries and complaints
    • Troubleshoot technical inadequacies by obtaining required information from the customer over phone or email
    • Report difficult or complex issues to the manager. Try finding a feasible solution as soon as possible
    • Follow up with the users on a regular basis, till the issue closed & document
    • Determine potential issues and get them resolved beforehand
    • Suggest improvements in the existing procedures
    • Ensure that all the issues are resolved on time
    • Good communication skills is must

    Required Candidate Profile:

    • 4-5 years experience managing IT infrastructure and support
    • ITIL foundation
    • 3+ years experience in IT Support, good experience with IT hardware, software (Windows, Linux, O365, Active Directory)
    • Working experience on Windows infrastructure services like FTP, Telnet, DNS and DHCP etc
    • Working in depth knowledge of Linux, Windows operating systems experience with supporting and troubleshooting stability and performance issues.
    • Experience with Servers, Infrastructure, Platform Sizing
    • Working knowledge on AD, O365 Server
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight periodic reporting deadlines
    • Willingness to work in shifts (24 x 7 x 365 model )
