About The Role:

As a System Administrator at Feastables, you will play a critical role in integrating and optimizing our key systems, enhancing operational efficiency while streamlining business processes. Your role will bridge various departments, vendors, and external partners, aligning our technical operations with Feastables’ broader business objectives.

With ownership of our ERP and essential IT infrastructure, you will ensure our systems, processes, and integrations run as smoothly as our chocolate. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee and manage the integration and functionality of our ERP system, with a focus on NetSuite
• Ensure smooth operation and integration of technical systems, including EDI and TMS
• Handle master data within our systems, validating its setup and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with key vendors and middleware providers, managing contracts and service agreements
• Proactively identify and implement improvements in system integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system integrations with the needs of customer service, sales, and other departments
• Direct ongoing projects and initiatives for the future development and optimization of our systems, including planning, testing, and rollout of new features and functionalities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, integration flows, and best practices

Recipe For Success:

• 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, with a strong grasp of EDI/SPS commerce
• Proven track record in the technical management of systems within fast-moving consumer goods, especially in the food or beverage sector
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to act as the main link between multiple departments and external partners
• Entrepreneurial spirit, capable of independently navigating complex technical environments and delivering innovative solutions
• A strategic and analytical mindset, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and innovation 
• Experience managing IT budget and scope
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, utilizing them to enhance system functionality and inform data-driven decisions
