Range: $77,968.80 - $111,779.00 

Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. The target hiring range for this role is $77,968.80 - $84,934.00.

What You'll Bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred or 5 years of equivalent work experience 

Certifications :

• CompTIA Network+ (N10-009)
•  CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), earned through Exam EX200

What You’ll do: 

• Administer and support assigned infrastructure systems, applications, and escalated technical issues.
• Design and document infrastructure solutions, implementation plans, and technology recommendations.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, OpCon, and platform-native tools.
• Manage identity, access control, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews across enterprise platforms.
• Administer digital certificates and PKI processes, including renewal, monitoring, and risk escalation.
• Manage virtualization platforms, including VMware, Hyper-V, clusters, storage, and high-availability environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, hybrid identity, and authentication services.
• Support Symitar core banking systems, integrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage Linux, UNIX, Azure, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management environments.
• Maintain backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness for assigned systems.
• Analyze recurring incidents, perform root cause investigations, and implement preventive solutions.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, security baselines, and vulnerability remediation for supported systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, standards, diagrams, and recovery procedures.
• Lead or coordinate infrastructure projects, change management activities, vendor engagements, and lifecycle planning.
• Provide Tier 3 support, audit evidence, risk remediation support, knowledge sharing, reporting, and on-call coverage.
