Neways Cable & Wire Solutions (NCWS) Echt specialises in the development, industrialisation, assembly, and testing of advanced cable systems and connectivity solutions for the international high-tech industry. From our site in Echt, we develop innovative solutions for the semiconductor, medical, and safety & security sectors. Our complex cable assemblies and ultra-clean connectivity solutions are integrated into some of the world's most advanced machines and systems.

At NCWS Echt, you will become part of a professional and close-knit organisation where craftsmanship, quality, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Thanks to our short communication lines, you will quickly take on responsibility and have plenty of opportunities to contribute ideas and drive improvements. At the same time, you benefit from the international strength of the Neways Group. You will work alongside colleagues from different disciplines and play a key role in delivering innovative technologies used around the world.

This is how you make impact

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are the coordinator of the entire order fulfilment process. From the moment a customer order is received, you take ownership of ensuring it is delivered on time, in full, and according to customer expectations. Acting as the key link between the customer, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics, you oversee the complete process from order entry to final delivery.

You are the primary operational contact for your customer portfolio and work closely with Operational Buyers to ensure materials are available when production needs them. By maintaining an end-to-end overview of the supply chain, you proactively manage capacity, material availability, and delivery performance. When priorities shift, you quickly adapt your planning to keep customer commitments on track.

Due to the continued growth of our organisation, we are looking for several Supply Chain Planners. This means we have opportunities for different levels of experience: from recent graduates looking to start their career in Supply Chain to experienced planners who want to apply their expertise in a complex high-tech manufacturing environment. Depending on your background, experience, and development potential, we will look at where you can make the greatest impact within our Customer Focus Teams. You will become part of one of these dedicated teams, supporting either ASML, ASML-related customers, or Defence programmes. Together with two Production Planners and a team of eight Supply Chain Planners, you ensure excellent delivery performance for our international customers.

No two days are the same. You thrive in a dynamic high-tech manufacturing environment where priorities change quickly and proactive decision-making is essential. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and working at the heart of the operation, this is the role for you.

This is what we offer

You will join an international high-tech organisation where innovation, quality, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. At NCWS Echt, you will work in an open and informal environment where colleagues know each other, communication lines are short, and initiative is highly valued.

The combination of a specialised manufacturing site and the international strength of the Neways Group gives you a high level of responsibility and excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. You will collaborate with professionals from various disciplines while contributing to innovative cable and connectivity solutions used by leading technology companies worldwide.

In addition, we offer:

  • A competitive salary based on your knowledge and experience;

  • 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days;

  • Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work partly from home;

  • Extensive training and career development opportunities;

  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems in a production environment;
