Description:

Under general direction of the Director, Digital Transformation and Mobility, the incumbent will assist the Lead Business Solutions Analyst in delivering mobility solution services to business and IT teams. They will help with identifying and validating mobility projects, analyzing business problems and use cases, developing user stories, developing and executing test scenarios, troubleshooting issues, engaging appropriate technology and solution teams, and contributing to the delivery of quality mobility solutions that address customer needs.

Specific Duties:

• Provide analysis & support to the global deployment of our Nova DASH v1.x transportation & logistics mobility solution

• Assist Lead BA with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and planning for Nova DASH v2.x transportation & logistics mobility solution

• Provide analysis & support to other mobility initiatives as required

Experience & Education:

• 3-6 years of proven business analysis experience in the context of highly-integrated, custom software development projects

• 1+ years of experience with mobile technology, mobile applications or the mobility paradigm

• Position requires a 4-year degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Skills and Aptitudes:

• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
