Requirements
1. Research & Publication Mentoring
- Guide students in identifying research topics and problem statements.
- Mentor students through research methodology, structuring, and writing.
- Support students in writing research papers, abstracts, and reports.
- Assist in identifying and navigating relevant journals and publication processes.
2. Student Mentorship & Pedagogy
- Work closely with school students (Grades 6–12) to build critical thinking and a research mindset.
- Deliver engaging sessions using structured pedagogy and simplified explanations.
- Provide continuous feedback and guidance to improve student outcomes.
- Use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to make complex research concepts easy for students to understand.
3. Academic Profile Building
- Guide students on how research and projects contribute to global university applications.
- Support in developing student portfolios, projects, and academic narratives.
4. Program Development & Execution
- Contribute to designing research curriculum and mentoring frameworks.
- Work with internal teams to improve program quality and outcomes.
- Graduate from a top-tier institution
- Research experience with published papers
- PhD scholar / MTech with strong research exposure
- At least one published research paper.
- Strong understanding of academic journals and publication standards.
- Demonstrated interest in mentoring school students.
- Strong teaching, pedagogy, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring school students in any format.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading research or innovation projects with school students
- Understanding of student profile building for global opportunities (US/UK admissions, etc.)
- Exposure to interdisciplinary or applied research areas
