As the first member of our Strategy & Operations team, you'll partner directly with Alpharun's founders to accelerate growth, refine our go-to-market strategy, and scale critical operations. You’ll wear many hats and get broad exposure to all aspects of an AI-native startup: you'll generate demand, run customer onboarding and success, work on go-to-market strategy, and broadly do whatever it takes to help build an iconic company. This is a demanding but rewarding role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

We’ll be most excited if you have:

1-5 years of experience in roles demanding analytical rigor, operational excellence, and responsibility for tangible outcomes.
A technical background or willingness to rapidly learn SQL, low-code/no-code tools, and AI concepts.
A track record of getting things done in roles with high levels of ambiguity and accountability.
Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the team you work with.
