As the Strategic Ventures Lead, you will be a key driver of high-impact projects that propel our company toward accelerated growth. You will research, design, define, and execute these strategic initiatives, ensuring they gain sufficient traction before handing them off to internal departments for medium- and long-term scaling. You’ll report directly to our Director of Strategy, maintain daily interaction with the C-level team, and work cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders.

- Project Execution & Leadership
Own end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring each reaches measurable milestones and traction.
Develop action plans that align with the company’s growth objectives and maintain accountability for their success. - Exponential Growth Initiatives
Identify untapped market opportunities and propose innovative strategies to achieve rapid expansion.
Lead internal spin-off ventures, from initial feasibility assessments to launch and operational handover. - Strategic Research & Definition
Stay at the forefront of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape analyses.
Translate insights into actionable proposals that drive our competitive edge. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with product, marketing, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure a holistic approach to project delivery.
Maintain transparent communication channels for efficient decision-making and alignment. - Stakeholder Engagement
Prepare and present progress updates, results, and future plans to the Director of Strategy and C-level executives.
Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams to guarantee successful long-term project adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically while also driving operational execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and exploring new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and relationships effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
