Description
Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process to fill job openings, which includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the offer and onboarding processes. Key responsibilities involve developing recruitment strategies using social media and job boards, maintaining applicant tracking records, ensuring legal compliance, and building a strong talent pipeline. The goal is to quickly find and place qualified candidates while providing a positive experience for both the client company and potential employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional events, and community outreach.
- Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client & Hiring Manager Liaison: Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job specifications, qualifications, and staffing needs.
- Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensure legal compliance, and prepare reports on recruitment progress.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.

- Previous Recruiting experience required
